Let's Meet The Clinical Director

Joanne Craig BCBA, LABA

Clinical Director

Joanne Craig BCBA, LABA

I began working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 1983 while attending UMASS, Amherst. Since that time, I have worked steadily with families and children with autism spectrum disorder in schools, as a parent trainer, supervisor and as a consultant, supporting families and educational team members. As the clinical director, I routinely work together with parents to create individualized treatment plans and develop meaningful goals that are designed to help children progress to make progress and new growth towards independence.

This small, boutique ABA agency was created to provide very personalized, high quality ABA services to children beyond what “big box” agencies can provide. Our therapists at New Growth are highly qualified and most have many years of experience working with children who are neurodiverse in both home and school settings.
